We try to keep our monthly meetings to 1 hour and our guests took up the first full hour giving us their ideas for they're commitment to the Town of Smyrna and why we should vote for each of them. Many questions were asked and some answered, some unanswered but many thoughts given for us all to ponder as we go to the polls soon. We thanked each of them for coming and giving of their time to hear our concerns and allowing us to hopefully work with them in the future for the good of SMYRNA.

The President reigned in the meeting and asked if everyone had read the minutes prepared for last month's meeting. Having no questions on them. Robin Bruner made a motion to accept the minutes, Ann Marie Dowell 2nd the motion and motion carried.

Bill Wagner passed out a copy of the monthly Treasurer's report for the month of March and explained it in detail, including the note that we received the grant from the U.S.D.A. in the amount of $3.970.32 as a reimbursement of our funds earlier.
